Formatting Guidelines for Adding Multiple Users

You can add multiple contacts at one time to your site by pasting CSV formated text into our multiple user uploader.  Each user entry should be on it's own line and must include name and email address.  Access end date is the third item and is optional.  You must include the three data items in this order: name, email address, access end date. Do not include a row of headings. The maximum number of rows within the CSV is 1,000.

Private Site Invitations

Format

name, email, date (header column - this MUST be included prior to putting in data)

name,email,mm-dd-yyyy (data rows follow)

Example:

name,email,date
Susie Johnson,sjohnson@example.com,04-23-2014
Ray Silva,ray.silva@example.com,11-05-2013
Mary Schultz,marys@example.com

Please note:

  • - If you do not want to set the access end date, you simply leave it out. Not setting an access end date will mean that your user can always log into your site.
  • - Access by category cannot be set when adding multiple Users. Category filters need to be set after the users are added.
