Processing a Paywall Cancellation

Refunds are handled directly by you in your Stripe account. Vidcaster does not offer the option out of the box to request a refund, they can only cancel their subscription. 

If you provide the refund or a user cancels an account, you then have the decision to continue to offer access to the content until their next renewal cycle (based on the subscription plan). 

Option 1) Continue to provide access to content until renewal - no action needs to be taken by you or Vidcaster and their account access will automatically deactivate upon renewal. 

Option 2) Deactivate access immediately - Contact support@vidcaster.com  and within 48 business hours (typically sooner), we will deactivate access for that contact.
