Vidcaster’s Support Available to All Customers:

As a Vidcaster customer, you have 30 minutes of email based support each month to help you get the most out of your video site.

Use this support to ask general site usage questions, receive additional support on new features, or gain feedback on your video strategy plan.

You will never be charged time for support related to a bug or technical issue responsible of Vidcaster.

If you would like more than 30 minutes of email support each month to collaborate with Vidcaster on your video strategy, learn more about Vidcaster’s Acceleration Plans.

Response and Resolution Time for Your Request:

It is our goal to get back to you as soon as possible around your request. A submitted request sent to can expect a response within 1 business day and much sooner for any bug related issues.

Resolution times are based on the type of request and will be included in the response from Vidcaster.
